A Most Excellent Catering Adventure, Inc., (AMECA Inc.) is a tour catering company with a personal approach, combining decades of experience of professional entertainment catering with classically trained chefs. Our goal is to consistently provide a variety of high quality and engaging meals served by professional, competent, and friendly team members. Catering is not only a necessity for large scale productions, but it can also be a source of comfort for touring staff that work long hours and are away from home.
What We Do
At AMECA, we take pride in what we do, and we strive to not only feed and fuel the staff but to create that sense of comfort. We provide full backstage service including buffet-style meal service for touring and local crew, specially prepared meals and dishes for artists, dressing room setup, and more!
